Christmas and SNOW!

Since I have been stuck in the house for 3 days now I figured I would update our blog. We had a wonderful Christmas and were able to visit a lot of family. We spent the 23rd and 24th at Turner's mom's house with his family. We had a wonderful time there visiting and Noah showing off all his new "tricks". We then traveled to my parents house on the 24th and were there on Chrstams morning with my family and my Grandpa, who traveled from Nebraska to be with us. It was very exciting to see Noah on his frist Christmas! He was more interested in the paper and boxes than what was inside, of course! Here are some of our Christmas pictures.

Christmas with Mimi and Papa

Yes I know I am WAY behind in keping people posted. Things have been rally crazy these past couple of months. An update on Noah:

* He is now 9 months old and over 22 pounds.
* He has 4 teeth and I can see 2 more that are about to come in.
* He is not really crawling yet, but has found a way to scoot around on his bottom to get where he wants to go. He is into EVERYTHING.
* He does not eat baby food anymore. He wants to eat everything that we are eating.

This past weekend Turner's father and "bonus mom" were in town to celebrate christmas. Noah was very excited to see his Papa and Mimi. We had a wonderful time with them. Noah was not feeling very well and was running a fever of 102 while we were opening gifts! We took him to the doctor when we were finished and he has an ear infection and bronchiolitis. He is still recovering and now Turner has come down with it. I hope I am not next. Here are some pictures from this weekend. I will make sure to update you sooner on the rest of our Christmas!

6 Months and Weekend with Family!

On Friday Noah turned 6 months old. We went to the doctor on Monday and he weighs 19 lbs and 6 oz and is 27 inches long. He has a double ear infection but not to bad. He is taking medication and is already beginning to feel better.

He is growing so fast. He is sitting up and playing all the time. He loves to talk, too. He is now eating 3 times a day and is starting to eat some finger food.

Here are some pictures for a couple of weekends ago.

5 Months Old and Cousin Ryan's Visit!

It is hard to believe that your little boy is now 5 months old. He was 5 months on the 10th and is growing so fast. He is now 19 pounds and gaining. He is now able to sit up by himself along with the rolling over. The next thing we know he will be crawling. He loves to eat. He is eating solids twice a day and loves everything that we have given him. He is such a happy little boy and is smiling and laughing all the time.

A couple of weeks ago we had a cousin come to visit us that we had not seen in 13 years. My family and I really enjoyed seeing him. Noah was also glad to meet Ryan, too!

Noah and Ryan hanging out

My family took Ryan tubing and Noah and I joined then. Turner was sad that he was not able to come. He was on a youth retreat for work. We had a great time. Noah stayed with Grandma while we were all on the river.

We are all ready to go!

We had a wonderful time with Ryan and hope that it will not be another 13 years before we are able to see him again. Thanks Ryan for coming and we love you!

Colorado Wedding

Last weekend we traveled to Colorado for Turner's dad's wedding. Turner had the honor of performing the ceremony, and it was a beautiful wedding. We were able to see some family members that we had not seen in a while, and many of them met Noah for the first time!

This was Noah's first plane ride and first wedding. He was awesome on the plane! He did not cry at all. He was a happly little boy and even slept some on the way there.

He was having fun being outside in the wonderful Colorado weather!
Noah did a great job at the wedding - he slept through the whole thing! I couldn't ask for it to have been any better. Turner also did a wonderful job, and everyone really enjoyed the ceremony. We are very excited for Alan (Dad) and Sharon!
